Lucknow, After a cesarean operation at the Itaunja CHC in Lucknow, the capital, the doctor forgot to stitch the woman’s condition. This worsened her condition. The woman was immediately rushed to Dufferin Hospital, where she was stitched. Following a complaint, the doctor has been issued a warning and has been suspended for a day. The matter is under investigation.
